Same-day service is available subject to technician availability. Call or message us on WhatsApp and we will confirm a time slot.
Is there a call-out fee?
The inspection fee is AED 50, and it is waived if you approve the repair.
Do you repair appliances at home?
Yes. Our technicians come to your home, so you do not need to move your appliance.
Do you work evenings and weekends?
Yes. We are open Mon – Fri 8am – 10pm and Sat – Sun 9am – 10pm.
Can you repair old appliances?
In most cases, yes. We inspect first and tell you honestly whether repair makes sense.
Do you provide a repair warranty?
Repair warranty is available. Please ask for the terms that apply to your repair when you book.
What areas of Dubai do you cover?
We serve Dubai, including Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, Jumeirah, Dubai Marina, JBR, JLT, Palm Jumeirah, Al Barsha, Discovery Gardens, Sports City and Dubai Silicon Oasis. If your area is not listed, call or message us to check.
Do you repair all major appliance brands?
We repair many major brands, including Samsung, LG, Bosch, Siemens and Whirlpool. Tell us your brand and model when you book and we will confirm.
How long does an appliance repair usually take?
It depends on the fault and whether parts are needed. The technician will give you an estimate after the inspection.
What happens if my appliance cannot be repaired?
Your technician will explain the options after the inspection, including whether repair is worthwhile. Ask about the inspection fee when you book.
